THE TEAM
Louise Kenny followed in her mother’s footsteps and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer. As the practice has grown Louise has reluctantly had to take a step back from conveyancing and focus on the business of running a Solicitor’s practice. Louise is patient, easy to talk to and passionate about client care so if you have any questions or concerns about your case or the running of the practice please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Charis (known as Simone) Thompson is a highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer. Chatty and upbeat Simone is a friendly, approachable conveyancer willing to take on a wide range of conveyancing matters. Simone works from her home in Fareham but can be contacted through our Fareham Office.
Susanne Spurling qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. She has specialised in Residential Conveyancing throughout her career. Married with one child Susanne is a friendly conveyancer with excellent attention to detail. Susanne enjoys all types of cases and has a range of expertise.
Susanne works from our Arundel Office.
Susanna Williams qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Susanna is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. You will find nothing is too much trouble for Susanna! Susanna particularly enjoys acting for elderly clients or anyone who may need particular care.
Susanna works from her home in Emsworth but is based at our Chichester office.
Lorna Newnham brings 16 years of experience in the Residential Conveyancing field. A bubbly, hardworking and dedicated conveyancer she has really fitted in. Lorna is happy to take on a wide range of cases.
Lorna is based in our Fareham Office.
Emma Grundy qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and has since specialised solely in Wills & Probate. Caring and patient Emma is there to help with Wills, Inheritance tax planning, probate and Administration of Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney/Court of Protection.
Emma works from our Old Market House Consulting Rooms. Home visits can be arranged.
Sophie English started in conveyancing in 2014 and has worked her way up from a secretary to a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Sophie was directly trained by Louise and has really blossomed into an excellent conveyancer. Her background as a conveyancing secretary has given her a well rounded knowledge of the job and obtaining her qualification whilst working full time shows the grit, determination and hard-working traits that she applies today to her conveyancing! Sophie mainly looks after our first time buyers, shared ownership sales and purchases and Help to Buy redemptions. She is based in our Chichester office although mainly works from her home in Aldwick.
Leanne Holden started her time at Kenny Solicitors in 2019 as a Secretary to Emma. Showing a clear aptitude and passion for Wills & Probate, she began studying with CILEX and qualified as a CILEX Paralegal in August 2023. She is continuing her studies with a view to becoming a CILEX Lawyer.
Leanne works from our Old Market House office and is able to assist with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust. She also assists Emma with Probate matters.
We were delighted to have Gillian Beach join us in 2023. She has worked in the local area since being admitted as a solicitor in 2004. A very experienced and confident property lawyer who is ably assisted by her long time assistant Tina.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2015 Imogen Manuel has worked in the local area ever since. A passionate supporter of the D/deaf community and occasional half marathon runner, Imogen is extremely experienced, kind and friendly and is studying towards her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualifications to boot. Imogen specialises in Wills and Codicils, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and Estate Planning and Administration. Imogen Manuel is also our accredited lifetime lawyer.
Imogen can do home visits ranging from Fareham to Chichester including Gosport.
Caite Dalton joined us in 2022 after impressing us by doing a law degree alongside full time work. She hopes to qualify within the next couple of years but for now is running some more straight forward cases under the supervision of Gillian Beach.
Ceci Voigt has worked in private client law since 2005 gaining experience whilst studying for her CILEX qualification. She began running her own cases in 2021 and is due to complete her CILEX Probate Practitioner qualification soon. Ceci currently specialises in Wills and Codicils, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and Estate Planning and Administration. Ceci is very conscientious with a real ‘can do’ attitude and will always endeavour to find solutions for her clients. She is very patient and caring with her clients.
Ceci can do home visits in the Chichester and Bognor Regis area.
